Currently, the Gloster Hill Memorial Park is a remarkable monument, however, there is very limited information about the Battle of the Imjin River at the site. Funds raised will be used to construct permanent information banners to better educate visitors on the battle. Depending upon funds raised, the information banners will be encased in glass and set in stone, or laser-inscribed into brushed metal.

The second phase will involve installing a QR Code Tour infrastructure on the physical sites of the Battle of Imjin River that will enable visitors to access a cyber battlescape telling the story via millennial technologies. A proposed third phase would see the construction of a visitor center/museum at the memorial park.
